Spa and Massage Etiquette

Your appointment is time especially reserved for you to enjoy your experience. Please make sure that you…

…arrive 10 minutes before your appointed time to allow introductions, consultation or to complete your treatment card

…are in time for your treatment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Late arrivals will unfortunately shorten the time allocated for you and therefore may lessen the effectiveness, pleasure and enjoyment of your treatment

…bring comfortable clothes to wear during a Nuad Thai treatment (a t-shirt without buttons and Thai-style pants are ideal and can be provided if you don’t have some). We will provide towels for treatments that include the use of oil, but you may want to bring a small towel to wrap around your head after an Indian Head Massage, allowing the precious oils to continue to nurture your hair until you wash it out and/or to protect your clothes

Pregnancy Massage

Although all our treatments are pregnancy friendly, some of them need to be performed differently or not at all if you are pregnant or have your period. Please let us know your condition

In the interest of you and your baby we do not perform treatments in your first trimester

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule

Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Shorter periods of notice given result in a 50% cancellation fee and “no shows” will be charged at full price

A deposit of 50% is required for bookings of treatments over $100

Payments

Please note that eftpos facilitites are not yet available. Until they are set up, you can either pay cash or use our simple ezidebit form to make a bank deposit or credit card payment (small set up and transactions fees apply)
